1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
By registering to use Vezodi, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. User Conduct
As a user of Vezodi, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Submitting fraudulent traffic, including using bots, click farms, proxy/VPN traffic, or automated tools
- Attempting to manipulate reporting metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions)
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code or viruses
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
4. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect fraudulent, suspicious, or unethical activity. In such cases, any pending payments will be withheld, and no compensation will be provided.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made based on validated and legitimate activities only. Earnings generated from invalid traffic sources, including VPN clicks, bots, or fake users, will not be paid. Vezodi reserves the right to adjust or reverse payments if fraudulent activity is detected even after disbursement.
6. Traffic Quality Policy
Only real human traffic is allowed. All traffic must originate from organic, verified sources. You must not use VPNs, proxies, bots, or incentivized clicks unless explicitly authorized in writing by Vezodi.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, logos, brand names, text, graphics, videos, and other materials available on the Vezodi platform are the intellectual property of Vezodi. No user is allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vezodi be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of our services. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vezodi, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the federal or state courts located within the United States.
